International break and… swimming

By: Michele | September 4th, 2008

So one week of calcio and now an international break.

Great.

On the plus side this means the title holders can get some practice in and Daniele can spy on Pirlo.
He’s already taken everything he can from Gattuso.
I want to see him delivering millimeter perfect passes to Totti from the other side of the pitch.
Not that De Rossi’s passing is weak (check his assist for Aquilani last Sunday) but his crosses and long passes are not on par with the rest of his game.

So here are a couple of videos to make the wait for more Capitano Futuro in a Roma shirt bearable.

First a goal compilation…

…and finally an old video of De Rossi and co. having fun in a pool.

With that,

FORZA DANIELE

Oh and does anyone understand why Lippi didn’t select Rosina in his 50 players?

U r right abt daniele’s passing skills but we must admit they have beagan to improve latley…as u mentioned against Napoli he made a world class asisst! When he’s passing will become like Totti’s than De Rossi will be an even more upgradet monster ;) ! FORZZA DANIELE !!

I think even his long range passing is pretty good. He’s not Totti, somehow knowing where his teammates are and picking them out from midfield with a backheel volley, but he is a really good long range passer. Remember his pass to Mirko “Il Mostro” Vucinic for the go-ahead goal against AC Milan last year? Pinpoint and perfect from the midfield line to Mirko, reading his run perfectly and passing it the moment before he was in an offside position. Bellisimo.
